My firefox crashed. I can’t even get on the site to try out the “Safe Mode” suggestions under the Help Menu? I really don’t want to loose any of my Bookmarks if at all possible. Does anyone out there have a possible solution. Thank you and I await your earliest reply.

first of all firefox doesn’t come with flash installed you need to download it from adobe here once you’ve downloaded the the file close firefox the run the file you can’t install flash while firefox is still open then videos should work no problem

AVG is worthless… Fire fox has it’s own virus protector… I dont know a single person that uses firefox that has gotten a virus, just delete AVG, it’s a ugly program anyways

try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox.

Backup your extensions with:

Try running Firefox in safe mode.
Start> Mozilla Firefox> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).
If Flash works, then it is an extension or theme effecting Firefox.
If you have Adblock, then click on Tools> Adblock> Preferences> Adblock Options>
and uncheck OBJ-TABS
Type about:plugins in the address bar of Firefox and hit Enter. See if Flash plugin is listed.
Test your Flash Player:
